The following items are to be added to the Agenda of 07.09.09
4. Planning applications
4c. Chapel Partners, The Red Lion Pub, Caston – change of use of building from
Public House to residential and demolition of flat roof extension between and main building and store.
- application also to be considered under Listed Buildings rules. Under consideration.
4d. Mr. Doree, Abbots Gate annexe – removal of “obligations” for the annexe.
5e. Payment of £71.30 inc VAT to RGM - grass mowing in the village in August. In
Below is extra information about these items which the public may find of use.
- Red Lion Pub - change of use to residential use and demolition of flat roofed extension. The developer attended the parish meeting last night to explain his plan. The planning notice has yet to put up outside the pub but should be done this week.
- Abbots Gate annexe, Northacre - change in obligation 106 from annexe to separate residence in own right.
- Bilhams Cottage, The Street – two new houses with garages. It was requested by the Ward Councillor – John Rogers that the plans should be considered at a Development Control Committee meeting on October 12th at Breckland offices Dereham. If anyone wishes to speak at this meeting they will need to contact Heather Burlingham at Breckland.
The public can send written comments regarding any of the above items to Breckland Council.
According to the planning web site at Breckland, the site will be down until September 14th, so the public cannot view any planning information until it is up and running again.
Plans for items 1. and 2. Above are currently being considered by the Caston Parish Councillors. Plans for item 3. are with the Clerk.
